Design, Engineering & Commissioning

Every design we deliver is checked against the consent conditions it must satisfy, so the plant that is built is the plant the SPCB approved.

C.1 Water and wastewater

STP
Sewage treatment plants: design, engineering and commissioning.
ETP
Effluent treatment plants: design, engineering and commissioning.
CPU (RO, UF, MBR)
Condensate and water polishing units: design, engineering and commissioning.
ZLD systems
High-recovery RO, MEE, crystalliser and ATFD: design, adequacy review and troubleshooting.
Treated-wastewater recycle and reuse
Tertiary polishing, dual plumbing, cooling-tower, process and horticulture reuse.
Rainwater harvesting and groundwater recharge
Design and implementation.
O&M supervision
Operations supervision and operator training for STP, ETP and CPU.

C.2 Air and noise

Air pollution control
Scrubbers, bag filters and ESP; odour control; stack-height adequacy.
Noise control engineering
DG and compressor acoustic enclosures, barriers and ambient compliance under the Noise Rules 2000.
Construction dust mitigation
For NCR sites: anti-smog guns, sprinklers and CAQM-mandated PM sensors.

C.3 Energy and fire

Bio-CNG / CBG
Feasibility, DPR, SATAT and offtake advisory and project management, with EPC execution through partners.
Fire-fighting systems
Design, BOQ and PMC per NBC 2016 Part 4, installed through licensed fire contractors.

Where a service is marked as delivered through associates or partners, EnvironIQ coordinates and remains your single point of contact; the accredited partner holds the relevant accreditation or licence.

Common questions

Who installs the fire-fighting system you design?

EnvironIQ prepares the design and the bill of quantities and provides project-management consultancy per NBC 2016 Part 4. Installation is carried out through licensed fire contractors, who hold the licence; we supervise the work against the design so the installed system is the one the Fire Officer will approve.

Our ETP is not meeting consent norms. What do you do first?

We sample across each treatment stage and run a mass balance to find where the design or the operation breaks down. That produces an adequacy report with the corrective options, costed, before any retrofit is proposed. Retrofit design, vendor coordination and commissioning supervision follow only if they are needed.

Do you design ZLD systems?

Yes. We design zero-liquid-discharge trains built around high-recovery RO, multiple-effect evaporators, crystallisers and agitated thin-film dryers, and we review and troubleshoot systems that are already installed. Every design is checked against the consent conditions it must satisfy.

Can treated wastewater be reused on site?

In most plants a large share of it can. With tertiary polishing, treated water can go to cooling towers, process uses and horticulture through dual plumbing. We design the reuse scheme so that it supports the consent conditions and reduces fresh-water draw.
