Do you support appellate and CPCB proceedings?
We provide the technical side: affidavits, rebuttals to joint-committee reports, site-inspection management and expert-witness services. All pleadings and appearances are through partner law firms, working with your counsel.
Our unit has been closed by SPCB direction. How quickly can you act?
We prioritise an early site assessment and build a factual chronology of what was found and why. That becomes a corrective action plan with dates, costs and proof of completion, followed by the revocation application and personal-hearing representation with your counsel, and a managed restart with monitoring so the closure does not repeat.
What statutory appeals are available against an SPCB order?
An order of the State Pollution Control Board can be appealed to the Appellate Authority under section 28 of the Water Act and section 31 of the Air Act. Penalty adjudication under the Environment (Protection) Act is a separate route. We prepare the technical grounds; the appeal itself is filed through partner law firms.
Do you arrange public liability insurance?
We advise on compliance with the Public Liability Insurance Act 1991 and on public liability cover. The policy itself is placed through IRDAI-registered brokers; we define the exposure and the cover the site needs.
